Oat based Breakfast Smoothie
makes 2 servings
1/2 cup uncooked Oats
1 can Mandarin Orange Segments
6 oz vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Note any milk of your choice can be used.
Place oats into a blender or clean coffee grinder make fine crumbs.
Add oranges, yogurt, berries and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth Add milk and finish blending.
