My favourite way to make Oatmeal
1/2 c. Dry Oats
1 c. Almond Milk unsweetened
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup shredded coconut
add 1 tsp. Ground flax seeds
1 tsp. Chia seeds
heat on the stove for 2 min., medium heat Stir constantly to keep from sticking
Or in the microwave at power level 5.
add 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Honey
Finish cooking on high 1 min.
Divided into two servings
If you want to cook more be sure to use 2:1 liquid to dry oats.
Variations – use regular milk or any other milk of choice
Use any fresh fruit chopped up. Frozen fruit can be used, but do not add until the last minute of cooking.
