A pitcher of lemon honey water

A Honey Lemon water to drink in the mornings to help your digestion


1 Medium sized Lemon

1 Litre water

2 Tbsp. Honey

Optional 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

½ Tsp. Ground Ginger

½ Tsp. Ground Cinnamon




Fill juice pitcher with one letter of warm water.

Mix together honey, ginger and cinnamon add to warm water.  Stir until honey is dissolved

Add apple cider vinegar, if using, stir.

Cut up Lemon, remove seeds.  Add to pitcher of water.

Let sit in the fridge overnight.

Drink first thing in the morning.  May drink it throughout the day before or between meals
