½ Tsp Matcha Tea
¼ Tsp Cinnamon
1 Ripe Banana sliced
½ Cup crushed Pineapple
1 Cup almond milk
1 Tbsp coconut sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder (Optional)
¼ Cup warm water
Mix cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp almond milk adding additional milk one Tbsp at a time until a smooth sauce is formed. Add balance of milk and place in blender.
Mix Matcha Tea and cinnamon with warm water stir until smooth paste is formed. Add to blender. Blend with milk on low speed for about 1 min.
Add crushed pineapple and sliced banana to blender. Blend on high until smooth consistency is reached. Add more milk if smoothie is too thick and blend again for a couple of minutes. Pour into two glasses
If banana sticks to blades or side of blender, stop blender and use soft spatula to loosen banana from blades and sides. Then reblend until smooth.
